Access to Reports
At the end of a three-stage production process, REx will be published as an open access digital resource, guaranteeing that REx reports are fully available to the broadest possible audience.
The REx production process begins with a period of closed data collection followed by editorial review in order to ensure the greatest amount of accuracy and consistency possible. While REx data is not initially public, after all entries are checked for consistency and accuracy, the whole database will undergo peer review with a digital academic press.
Upon publication, all REx entries will be viewable, providing not only a new writing research resource, but also a new way of recognizing and valuing the work of writing research, distinct from and as a complement to traditional and emerging forms of scholarly publication.
